5 Day Diwali Festival

Diwali or Dipawali is India’s biggest festival. This is also known as the festival of light. Five Day Diwali Festival is combination of five festivals. five day Diwali festival starts with Dhanteras and ends with Bhai Dooj. The festivals came under five day Diwali festivals are :-

2. Narak Chaturdasi (Mostly known as Chhoti Diwali)

3. Lakshmi Puja( Main Day of Diwali)

4. Govardhan Puja

Lakshmi Puja 2014

Lakshmi pooja is a religious prayer, observed in Hinduism. The devotional prayer are sung on the thired day of Diwali, and often during the Tihar festival in Nepal. For this prayer people worship Goddess lakshami by cleaning and decorating their homes inside and out with divas and candles and drawing rangoli. They wish to bring prosperity and well being for their families and business.
